We are looking for a South Indian Chef/CDP/Commi I to join our team and prepare lip-smacking dishes for our customers and patients. If you have experience with great and advanced cooking techniques, we would like to meet you Ultimately, the chef will be responsible for preparing and delivering a complete menu to our guests.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Be familiar with sanitation regulations
- Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Assign tasks to kitchen staffs
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen
- Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed
- Experiment with new recipes
- Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations
- Modify recipes to meet customers needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)

You Should Have
- Hotel Management or relevant experience of 1-5 years
- Proven work experience as a chef or cook
- Good communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to do multi-tasking

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
