Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Graphic & Motion Designer from a Tier 1 college to join our creative team at a reputed fintech company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Be in charge of the visual narrative of the company.
- Collaborate with writers, social media managers, and brand managers to deliver impactful designs.
- Think creatively to develop ideas that challenge the norm.
- Convey stories through graphics and videos with judgment and experience.
- Experiment continuously to produce distinct, disruptive visuals that engage audiences.

**Responsibilities**:
Functional Expertise
- Conceptualize campaign creatives and videos based on requirements.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Test graphics across various media formats.
- Lead innovation in video storytelling capabilities.

Interaction
- Collaborate with the brand team to produce final designs.
- Work with internal teams: writers, social media managers, and brand managers to deliver results.

Problem Solving
- Recommend innovative design ideas that break traditional molds.
- Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Focus on improving brand recognition with engaging visuals.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Relevant degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or Animation.
- Experience: 4-6 years of industry experience.

Skills & Expertise:

- Strong expertise in motion design, video editing, typography, color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy, and imagery.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- 3D animation skills are mandatory.
