We specialize in commercials, corporate videos, social media content, etc. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential clients through research and market analysis.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
**Client Engagement**:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services.
- Visit clients' workplaces to establish relationships and showcase our portfolio.
**Quotation and Proposal Management**:
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals tailored to the client's requirements.
- Ensure all proposals align with the company's pricing strategy and service offerings.
**Negotiation**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Address any client concerns and provide solutions to facilitate deal closure.
**Closing Deals**:
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
**Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to management.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends and client needs to help refine our service offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the video production or creative services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients.
