**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- **Export Market Expansion**:

- Collaborate with the export team to explore new markets and expand the company’s global footprint.
- Assist in preparing export documentation and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales progress and market feedback.
- Recommend strategies to optimize performance and achieve business goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the import-export industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade events.
