**Female Tele Sales Executive - Website Development (SME Focus) - Startup Growth Opportunity & Potential Full-Time Upgrade**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential SME clients, effectively introducing and promoting our website development services.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our services, tailoring communication to client needs.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads, understanding their specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our website development services and relevant industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (fluency required).
- Knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possess a positive, growth-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM experience (preferred).
- A strong desire to grow with a startup.

**Work Schedule**:

- Part-time: 18 to 20 hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling options available.

**Compensation**:
