**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt and accurate support for account-related queries, fund transfers, remittances, and investment products.
- Maintain deep knowledge of NRI banking products, services, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, remittances, compliance) to resolve service issues efficiently.
- Assist in onboarding new NRI clients, helping them through the documentation and KYC process.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to maintain engagement and understand evolving needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant banking products tailored to the NRI segment.
- Track and manage service requests and complaints through CRM tools, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines in handling NRI accounts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
