- Experience in customer service/call center.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Ensure monitoring of timely resolution of escalated support requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor incidents and request tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Able to Monitor call quality and sensitize the team for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
