We are seeking a motivated and experienced Admission Counselor with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the education sector. The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in recruiting prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their academic futures.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Admissions Guidance**: Provide detailed information about our academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid options, and campus life to prospective students and their families.
- **Interviews and Counseling**: Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their interests, goals, and fit for our programs. Provide personalized guidance and support to help students make informed decisions about their educational pursuits.
- **Events Coordination**: Plan and organize recruitment events, such as campus tours, open houses, and information sessions, to attract prospective students and showcase the institution's strengths.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including academic advisors, financial aid offices, and faculty members, to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students and facilitate their integration into the academic community.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in admissions counseling or a similar role within the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems or admissions software is preferred.
- Knowledge of admissions processes, higher education policies, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to students throughout the admissions process.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate recruitment events and deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
