sales coordinator job description encompasses a variety of tasks:
Sales support:
1) To help sales representatives improve their productivity and spend more in marketing & sales.

2)Sales coordinators should contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or to make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.

3)Ensure that the sales reps have sufficient quantities of sales support material, such as product brochures or case studies.

5) Prepare quotations as per tender document, proforma Invoice and sales related documents

Order satisfaction:
1) customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.

3) Input orders to the company’s computer system and ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements.

4) Inform the customers of any delays and should arrange alternative delivery dates.

Coordination:
1) Collaboration with other departments is an important responsibility for sales coordinators.

2) contact the technical department, for example, to deal with any product or technical queries. When they have processed orders, they contact their colleagues in manufacturing and logistics so that everybody can agree on delivery dates.

3)To ensure that the sales and marketing activities are integrated, sales coordinators work closely with the marketing and sales team.

4)Arrange that presentations and supporting material -- such as technical papers or customer references -- will be produced, to help the sales representatives win business.

Reporting:
1)Sales coordinators maintain sales records, as a basis for reports to the senior management team.

2) Prepare reports on sales by individual representatives, sales by product line and sales to individual customers.

3) Provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders, as a basis for forecasting cash flow.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
