**Marketing & Sales Executive**

**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote GIDA's services and offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing and sales roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in event management and coordination is a plus.
