**About Company**

Navalakha Translines an entity started in 1991, owns a fleet of 70 Chemical Tankers. We transport Ammonia, AN Melt, CNA, DNA & Phosporic Acid.

**Position Overview**

An experienced and proactive professional who oversees vehicle maintenance, sources and procures necessary spare parts, coordinates with vendors, inspects materials, and handles vendor billing and payments. Acts as the key liaison between garages, drivers, and procurement team to keep the fleet running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**

Vehicle Maintenance & Spare-Parts Procurement

Vendor Coordination & Procurement Execution

Inspection, Quality Control & Inventory Management

Billing & Record-Keeping of procured materials

Internal Coordination & Reporting

**Qualifications & Skills**

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field or person with relevant experience will be preferred.

**Experience**: 2-5 years in procurement & maintenance roles—ideally within fleet/automotive sector.

**Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with vehicle components, mechanical systems, and CMMS/ERP tools.

**Core Skills**:

- Negotiation & vendor management
- Quality control & inspection
- Strong analytical, record-keeping, and reporting abilities
- Coordination & communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Time management and multitasking

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
