**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facility Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine inspections of classrooms, labs, offices, and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
- Oversee repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
- Ensure timely upkeep of furniture, fixtures, and building structures.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Keep detailed logs of all maintenance and repair activities.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects.
- Evaluate vendor services and negotiate contracts for cost-effectiveness.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Address any hazards or risks promptly.
- Assist in fire drills and emergency preparedness initiatives.
- **Energy Efficiency**:

- Monitor utility usage and suggest ways to optimize energy efficiency.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff or housekeeping teams.
- Provide guidance and training as necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
