What you will do:

- Keeping track of supply and material inventories
- Ensuring nethouse, Drip irrigation functioning is properly maintained
- Resolving minor repair work when and ever required to nethouses, drip irrigation system and coordinating with technicians for the major issues
- Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required
- Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met
- Updating maintenance logs for all machinery
- Finding relevant vendors and service providers

**Ideal persona**:

- Qualification: Bsc Agriculture Degree from a recognized Institute
- Experience in field work in dealing with labor teams
- Willingness to live and work in rural India
- The cause of the company matters in addition to job function
- Passionate about bringing a revolution in the traditional agricultural systems and practices
