**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively identify and prospect new clients in the travel and events market.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals as set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate travel and event packages.
- Provide tailored solutions and ensure excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements in service offerings.
- Work closely with the event planning, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of events and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, vendors, and other partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager regarding progress against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation for clients.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the travel and events industry (or a related field).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales-related tools.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, events, or conferences.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for the travel and events industry.
- Valid DL is required.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard working hours.
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work based on client needs or event schedules.
