Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate - ING Department (CNG Gas Dispensers)*

**Job Summary**:*

As a Quality Assurance Associate in the ING (Instrumentation) Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of CNG gas dispensers. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire process from assembly to final product testing, conducting quality control and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and contributing to safety protocols. You will also be involved in procurement and sourcing activities, as well as assisting in design processes using AutoCAD and engineering drawings.

**Key Responsibilities**:*

1. **Assembly and Testing Oversight**:*
- Manage the assembly process of CNG gas dispensers, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
- Oversee final product testing, verifying functionality and safety at pressures up to 250 PSI.

2. **Quality Control and Assurance**:*
- Arrange for third-party inspections (TPI) and prepare comprehensive documentation of test certificates for products.
- Implement quality assurance procedures, including the rejection of materials not meeting standards.
- Conduct thorough checks and tests on all standardized parts used in dispensers.

3. **Hands-on Shop Floor Experience**:*
- Demonstrate practical skills in assembly, wiring, shifting, and other relevant tasks on the shop floor.

4. **Safety and 5S Implementation**:*
- Uphold safety protocols and promote the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) within the workspace.

5. **Procurement and Sourcing**:*
- Utilize JD Edwards software to order standardized parts in the required quantities.
- Generate work orders and track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials.

6. **Design Support**:*
- Utilize AutoCAD and engineering drawings to contribute to the design process of CNG gas dispensers.
- Assist in the creation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and product drawings, ensuring customer approval.

**Qualifications and Skills**:*
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or gas industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with assembly, testing, and quality assurance procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with JD Edwards software or similar procurement systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per year
