**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote Immer Organic’s hair care products.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers and generate leads by engaging in conversations and understanding their needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide detailed information about our products, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade potential customers to purchase products and achieve monthly sales targets.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent post-sales support.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback on products and services to improve overall customer experience.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align telecalling efforts with company objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasive skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
