**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our financial products and services, including

Home Loans (HL), and Personal Loans (PL).
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels and campaigns.
- Identify and understand customer needs, financial goals, and eligibility for the offered products.
- Explain the features, benefits, and terms of our financial products to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring all necessary details are properly recorded in the

CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success of the

department.
- Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes related to financial products to provide accurate

information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance Tele-calling techniques and financial knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling or sales within the finance industry, with a focus on financial products like

Cash Credit Limit, Overdraft Limit, Term Loan, HL, and PL.
- Team handling
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and understandable manner to customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to work.
- Knowledge of banking and financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
