Production Supervisor

**Position**:Production Supervisor
**Experience**: 5+ Years
**Salary: CTC per annum 4.2 to 4.5 LPA**
**Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
**Job Location**:Anand, Gujarat
**Job Time**: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
- Responsible for executing any gear related parts servicing
- Collects detailed information, performs thorough analysis and relies on experience and judgment to determine the most effective method of resolution
- Provide support to regulatory & quality control to define and assist in implementation of product upgrades, enhancement and service procedures
- Identify specialized tools/fixtures/equipment required to carry out for repairing and serving of jacking gear and API products
- Maintain all tools/fixtures/equipment & ensure they all are calibrated time to time
- Plan the servicing work in advance so the output of the factory is not affected by the service work
- Work in teams and delegate work amongst them so the work can be conducted in a fast pace
- Lay down system to carry out servicing based on design configuration
- Carry out servicing of all jacking gear & API products
- Troubleshoot and analyse technical problems and processes. Resolve immediate issues and implement changes to prevent occurrence in future
- Responsible for testing of all jacking gear & API products
- Provide onsite technical support/service as & when required
- Ensure successfully implementation of ISO & API in organization
- To achieve targeted Operations at optimum cost
- Meeting Operations schedule and quality standards as laid down by the company
- Control Process Control Activities from forming stage up to final stage
- Maintain Identification & Traceability
- Help QC in Maintaining Inspection & Test Status
- General housekeeping of the Work area
- To arrange required Tools, Process Consumable etc.
- To inspect First Aid arrangement and to ensure that all required Medicines, Materials are available & Supervision of safety in working place and utilization of its equipment
- Waste control and Costing control in plant
- To maintain Quality records pertaining to his function
- To co-operate with internal/external auditors during audits
- To approve required documented procedure and work instruction for his function
- To co-ordinate with Management representative for effective and speedy

implementation and Improvement of quality system within his function
- To co-operate, interact with other department in a positive manner to facilitate achievement of company’s target
- To achieve targeted production at optimum cost
- Meeting production schedule and quality standards as laid down by the company
- Internal production planning with production manager
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a production line, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes
- Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives
- Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operation safely and efficiently and identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff and ensuring that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties Effectively
- Conducting regular equipment’s and machinery inspection to identify Potential issues coordinating with maintenance staff to make sure repairs and servicing happen as necessary
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain staff to ensure that raw materials, and other supplies are available according to the schedule
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and operators
- Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams
