**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Plan, organize, and control production to ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for process improvements.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate production team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyse production data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste and downtime.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
- Support management in implementing new processes, equipment, or systems.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (e.g., ERP, SAP, or similar).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or related field.
- Certification in production management, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Experience in [specify industry, e.g., automotive, FMCG, têxtile, or food processing] is an added advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed primarily on the production floor.
- May require working in shifts or weekends as per production demands.
- Physical activities include standing for long periods and monitoring machinery operations.

Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Anand, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
