**Job description**

We are seeking an experienced and capable Civil Foreman/Supervisor to oversee and manage civil construction projects

As a Civil Foreman/Supervisor/ Interior Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of construction activities

**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project scope, objectives, and timelines.

Assist in creating detailed work schedules and resource allocation plans.

Coordinate with other teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

**Team Management and Leadership**:
Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing clear instructions and guidance.

Ensure that the team maintains high levels of productivity and work quality.

**Construction Execution**:
Oversee the implementation of civil construction activities as per approved plans and specifications.

Monitor progress and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.

Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Quality Control and Safety:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets the required standards.

Promote and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and practices.

Conduct regular safety inspections and address safety concerns promptly.

Material and Equipment Management:
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials and equipment.

Manage inventory and oversee the proper utilization of resources to minimize wastage.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work progress, labour, and material usage.

Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status to higher management.

Problem Solving and Decision Making:
Identify and resolve construction-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Make informed decisions to keep the project on track and within budget.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Civil Foreman/Supervisor in the construction industry (5-15 years).

Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, techniques, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.

Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
