- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team
- The Civil Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

**Responsibilities**:

- Site Supervision:Oversee day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews and subcontractors
- Project Planning:Assist in the development of project plans, including work schedules, resource requirements, and material deliveries
- Collaborate with the project manager to ensure project milestones are met
- Quality Control:Monitor construction work to ensure it meets specified quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or deviations promptly
- Team Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to construction crews
- Train and mentor new team members as needed
- Communication:Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Report progress, issues, and changes to the project manager
- Material Management:Coordinate the delivery and use of construction materials
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials on-site
- Problem-Solving:Identify and resolve issues that may impact construction schedules or quality
- Collaborate with project teams to find effective solutions
- Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction activities, including daily logs and progress reports
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
