**Carry out lab operation and management in metal industry.**:
**Ensure Process of sampling to analyis of various raw mterials/ by products and prodcuts and co-ordinate with support functions for sampling and analysis.**:
**Closely work with process operational team and technology providers for process understanding and later smooth commissioning and its operation.**:
**Ensure compliance with all quality specifications of incoming commercial RM.**:
**Collate CAPEX and R&M budgets and manage indenting requirement for new equipment, spares, consumables and services wrt. the entire Quality Department.**:
**Method development and validation ,audit compliace as per ISO & NABL guidelines, Safety and Environment compliances.**:
**Understanding and handling customer complaint**:
**Training and awarenenss program for lab team. Maintaining accuracy in lab analysis. Periodic PM and AMC of analytic instruments. Internal and external calibration. Maintaining tracebility of standards.**:
**Qualifications**:
Master of Chemical Engineering,Under Graduate

**Minimum Experience Level**:
8-10 Years
