Design and Development Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Matlab/Simulink models to support automated code generation.
- Program and implement SMPS control algorithms in C, reusing and adapting existing code frameworks.
- Ensure complete ownership of assigned design modules—from conception to validation and documentation.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure design quality and robustness in line with

industry standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in C and experience with Matlab/Simulink.
- Basic understanding of Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
- Familiarity with analog components (e.g., op-amps, comparators, gate drivers) is a plus.
- Hands-on exposure to lab measurements and testing equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of PCB design, preferably using Altium Designer.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive working attitude.
