**Job Title**:Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

**About Us**:Fx Retina is a high-performance digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses scale through paid advertising strategies across Google and Facebook platforms.

**Role Overview**:We’re looking for dynamic and empathetic Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll be responsible for engaging with high-quality leads, understanding their needs, and helping them enroll in our transformative program**.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact and qualify leads.
- Conduct 1-hour sales calls to build rapport, understand client pain points, and present program benefits.
- Use a consultative sales approach to address objections and close sales.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with a blend of empathy and confidence.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.

**What We Offer**:

- Compensation Structure:

- _**First Month**_: 10% commission per sale (potential earning: INR 30,000+).
- _**From Second Month**_: INR 8,000 fixed salary + 7% commission per sale.
- High performers will be eligible for performance bonuses and salary revisions.

**Who You Are**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in healthcare, education, or high-ticket sales).
- Exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Empathy and patience to address sensitive client concerns.
- A confident, consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Location**:

- Indira Nagar, Lucknow

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
