**Job Summary**
The Customer Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role involves managing leads, closing sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Client Engagement**:
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, and online platforms.
- Present the company’s products/services and explain their benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- **Lead Management**:
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or service appointments.
- **Market Research**:
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Gather and report competitor activities and customer feedback to the management team.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to supervisors.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address client queries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in sales or customer service; experience in pest control or interior design services is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and persuade customers.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.

**Work Environment**
- **Location**: Office-based with frequent field visits to client sites.
- **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible based on client needs).
