**Customer Care Executive**

**Location: Andheri ,Thane and Worli**

**Experience : 1 to 3 Years**

**Budget : 10 k to 25 k**

Roles &Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Enter and maintain accurate records in the system
- Assist with back-office tasks, such as data entry and documentation
- Handle walk-in customers and provide support as needed
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
- Maintain organized records of invoices, contracts, and other documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
