The **Company Secretary** will play a vital role in ensuring the company’s compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements while also managing financial and operational aspects. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to support the company’s strategic and operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities:Company Secretary Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and file necessary documents with relevant authorities (e.g., Registrar of Companies).
- Maintain and update statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Prepare agendas, minutes of board meetings, and annual general meetings (AGMs), ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Act as the point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities.

**Accounting and Financial Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the company’s financial records, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Oversee payroll processing, tax filings, and ensure timely submissions of financial statements.
- Work closely with external auditors and accountants to manage financial reporting and audits.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to assist management in decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Administrative and Operational Responsibilities**:

- Support daily administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain key company records, ensuring all filings and documentation are up to date and easily accessible.
- Assist in HR functions such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring timely payment and proper documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows across departments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
