**Role & responsibilities**:

- Extending a warm welcome to the student (and/or parents).
- Handle students/ parents inquiries related to courses and admissions
- Counseling Students (and/ or parents) about courses and programs offered by the institute.
- Guide students for their career, help them to choose the course according to their interest and skills. Convince students/parents for taking admission
- Convert leads into admissions.
- Conducting student assessments to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and educational needs.
- Organizing workshops and information sessions on various educational pathways and opportunities.
- Resolving students grievances, coordinating with university and management for the same.

**Skills required**:

- Good English required.
- Minimum age preference is 35 years.
- Minimum educational qualification Graduate.
- 5-10 years of experience in admission Counselling, Career Counseling, inside sales etc.
- Immediate joiner will be preferred

**Perks And Benefits**:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 4 years (preferred)
- admission /student counseling: 4 years (preferred)
