**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter workshop-related data into the portal accurately and on time.
- Maintain records of all workshop bills and ensure timely submission/processing.
- Coordinate with truck dealerships and vendors for billing and service-related matters.
- Manage filing, documentation, and other day-to-day admin tasks in the workshop.
- Support the workshop team in smooth backend operations.
- Communicate with team members and dealership reps in a clear and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or willingness to learn quickly.
- Good with numbers and attention to detail.
- Confident in speaking with vendors and handling billing queries.
- Familiar with workshop processes or vehicle service environment (preferred).
- Must be reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently.

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Joining**: Immediate preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
