We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to drive marketing efforts for our portfolio of innovative products. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives that engage key stakeholders and drive inbound leads. Your focus will be on lead generation, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization to increase customer acquisition and maximize ROI.

Netstratum product lineup includes Hoolva, an advanced online collaboration and communication tool with video, audio, and chat capabilities, Voifinity, a comprehensive business phone solution catering to companies of all sizes, and HRMNest, a cutting-edge human resource management tool.

You will optimize landing pages using UX design and CRO best practices to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion rates. Through continuous testing and analysis, you will drive improvements and optimize campaign performance. You will measure and analyze key marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement and allocate resources effectively.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop, operationalize, and execute highly effective growth strategies to drive substantial inbound leads and establish valuable connections with C-level executives at leading technology companies.
- Lead the scaling of B2B SaaS marketing campaigns, overseeing a global paid advertising program that focuses on licensing and subscription-based revenue systems.
- Create, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects throughout the entire sales funnel.
- Independently develop and present comprehensive marketing plans on an annual and quarterly basis, showcasing a deep understanding of the full-funnel approach. Execute these plans meticulously and creatively, driving exceptional growth and maximizing ROI within defined timelines.
- Leverage the power of LinkedIn's platforms to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, foster professional relationships, and effectively manage campaigns. This includes crafting compelling content, targeting the right audience segments, and conducting detailed performance analysis.
- Strategize and execute acquisition campaigns across paid mediums, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize licensing and subscription models, ensuring the development of sustainable and commercially viable products.
- Analyze and provide necessary support for deals in the pipeline, contributing to the overall success of business development initiatives.
- Ensure flawless execution of campaigns that align with market demands, utilizing data-driven insights and industry best practices to maximize revenue potential.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and growth marketing best practices, particularly in the SaaS and product licensing space. Utilize this knowledge to understand customer needs and deliver impactful sales presentations.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven track record in SaaS IT with a deep understanding of our product portfolio and the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits. Demonstrate expertise in creating compelling content, developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, and implementing lead nurture programs (ads, blogs, white papers) focused on our SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge and comprehension of SaaS business models, licensing structures, and subscription-based revenue systems, enabling you to develop strategic growth initiatives that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Tenacious and driven work ethic, consistently going above and beyond to achieve outstanding results. Possess a growth mindset, demonstrating the ability to think strategically, break down complex problems into actionable steps, and drive impactful outcomes.
- Exceptional salesmanship with the instinct to hit the ground running and deliver the right message at the right time. Capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies in response to market trends and competitor behavior.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive keyword research, creating compelling ads, managing bids, and optimizing campaigns to maximize performance and achieve marketing objectives.
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn as a powerful marketing tool, including the ability to craft engaging content and develop targeted campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and nurture professional relationships.
