**What will you do?**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Tracking and resolving on-boarding issues, delivery and dispatch related issues
- Handing dispute and fraud cases on regular basis
- Settlement and reconciliation on credit card transactions
- Life cycle management - Account maintenance, Repayments, Credit balance refund, card closure, etc
- Liaising with Internal stakeholders - Product, Technology and HDFC Bank stakeholders like Operations, Accounts and reconciliation.

**What do you need?**:

- Graduate with 1 to 5 yrs strong experience in Operations / Servicing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Keep customer needs at the forefront of priorities and take relevant action
- MS excel / Google sheet knowledge would be preferred
- Relevant experience in Fintech/Banking domain, more specifically in credit card operations
