**Solar Projects Coordinator (Supervisor)**

**salary -** 20,000 - 35,000

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Solar Projects Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution and successful completion of our solar projects. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, working closely with the team to complete projects on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely completion of all project phases.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, utilities).
- Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Manage project budgets and track project expenses.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any potential issues.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Effectively communicate project updates and progress reports to relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in the solar industry.
- Proven experience in project coordination and management.
- Technical knowledge in solar works is a plus.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems and project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Valid drivers liscence.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
