**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other system components under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Support the team in performing routine maintenance tasks such as panel cleaning and inspection of system components.
- Help troubleshoot basic system issues and learn repair techniques.
- Participate in site preparation, including equipment setup and material handling.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Attend training sessions and complete assigned learning modules to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy fields is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments, including rooftops, with physical endurance for labor-intensive tasks.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the solar industry.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is an advantage.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
