Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other system components according to design specifications and safety standards.
- Support troubleshooting and basic repairs of solar power systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning panels, inspecting connections, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Work with tools and equipment to measure system parameters, such as voltage and current.
- Assist in site assessments and inspections to ensure project readiness and compliance.
- Maintain organized records of installations, repairs, and inspections.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in electrical or renewable energy systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Physically fit to work in outdoor environments, including rooftops, for extended periods.
