**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and improve conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed targets set by the company in terms of call volume, sales, or customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Update the CRM system with customer details and interactions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the achievement of team goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) is required.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
