Key Responsibilities:
Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animated content for various platforms, including web, social media, and video.

Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, video editors, and marketing specialists, to conceptualize and execute innovative motion graphics solutions.

Develop storyboards and style frames to effectively communicate motion design concepts and ideas.

Maintain a deep understanding of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all motion graphics content.

Utilize Adobe After Effects and other industry-standard software to create visually appealing and engaging animations.

Continuously optimize and refine motion graphics based on feedback from stakeholders and performance data.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our motion graphics remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate our brand's visual presence.

**Requirements**:
1+ years of proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹241,968.59 - ₹1,301,933.75 per year
