**What This Position Is All About**:
As a Motion Designer at Saks, your primary role is to bring visual storytelling to life through captivating and dynamic motion graphics. You will be at the forefront of crafting engaging animations for various digital channels, enhancing the brand's presence and user experience. While proficiency in dynamic HTML ads is beneficial, this position primarily emphasizes the creation of visually compelling motion design content.

**Who You Are**:
Someone who is passionate about building engaging digital content and possesses right balance of visual design/animations skills with excellent knowledge of technology and tools to
optimize creatives effectively in the digital space.

**As the motion designer you will**:
? Motion Graphic Creation: Conceptualize and produce visually striking motion graphics for digital platforms, including social media, affiliate display advertising,
and other digital channels.
? Animation Excellence: Execute high-quality animations and visual effects, ensuring they align seamlessly with the overall creative vision and brand identity.
? Collaborative Design: Work closely with the design team to transform static visuals into dynamic and attention-grabbing animated content.
? Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in motion design, bringing innovative ideas to the creative process.

**You also have**:
Qualifications:
? 2-4 years of experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
? Proficiency in motion design tools and software, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
? Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
? Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

**Skills Required**:
? After Effects
? Premiere Pro
? Photoshop
? Illustrator

Additional Skills (preferred):
? Familiarity with Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve and Google Web Designer.

**What Success Looks Like**:
Success in this role involves the creation of visually impactful motion graphics that enhance the brand's digital presence and engage the target audience. Your ability to
collaborate effectively with the design team, stay ahead of industry trends, and deliver high-quality animations will contribute to the overall success of HBC's digital initiatives.
