With plans to go public next year, we're looking for top talent to join our innovative team. **Overview** We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our innovative team **Responsibilites** - Create captivating and visually stunning motion graphics that elevate Zepto's brand identity and user experience. - Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to conceptualize and execute motion design projects that meet business objectives. - Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output. - Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. - Stay up-to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of motion graphics at Zepto. **Requirements and Skills** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work. - Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools. - Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas. - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
