Role: Manager II - Events Marketing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to drive performance marketing initiatives during events. The role requires coordination across multiple teams (events, category, CRM, and brand) to ensure timely and impactful campaign execution across digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver:

  1. Identify and shortlist the right SKUs/designs for performance ads during events to maximize conversions
  2. Partner with the Events team to plan campaigns and work backward for timely creation and execution of performance creatives.
  3. Coordinate with Category teams to raise CRM asks and execute PN, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  4. Identify and leverage additional off-app channels to promote events effectively.
  5. Manage end-to-end flyer process — from design briefing and procurement alignment to ensuring timely go-live

Are you who we're searching for:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, performance marketing, or campaign management.
  3. Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Understanding of digital marketing channels (PN, SMS, WhatsApp, and performance ads).
  5. Detail-oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in excel / Google Workspace
