With plans to go public next year, we're looking for top talent to join our innovative team. **Overview** We are seeking an talented UX Writer to join our innovative team **Responsibilites** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy that enhances the user experience across Zepto's digital platforms. - Develop and maintain a consistent tone and voice for Zepto's brand across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with our brand values and objectives. - Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and incorporate insights into UX copywriting decisions. **Requirements and Skills** - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Proven experience in UX writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful user journeys and clear, effective copywriting. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to distill complex concepts into simple, user-friendly language. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers.
