About the team

Stripe is investing in building out its Production Design team to reach users across the globe.

Ad Design:We design comprehensive ad campaigns tailored for various platforms, ensuring that every visual element aligns with our marketing goals and engages our audience effectively. We localize our content to meet the unique cultural and linguistic needs of different regions. This team will be responsible for adapting our visuals to effectively present our message in local languages.

Graphic Design for Presentations:In addition to our work in advertising and web content, we also produce high-quality graphic designs for presentations aimed at large users and executive audiences. Our designs enhance the clarity and impact of our messages, making complex information accessible and engaging. Whether it's a pitch to clients or a strategy meeting with executives, we provide visually compelling presentations that communicate our ideas confidently and effectively.

What you'll do

You will be joining our Stripe Production Design team, focusing on creating motion design work that brings Stripe's brand and marketing initiatives to life across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

- Create high-quality motion graphics for social media content, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns
- Produce and animate brand-consistent motion assets that align with Stripe's visual identity
- Support larger marketing initiatives while independently managing smaller motion design projects
- Collaborate with Marketing and Brand Studio teams to deliver compelling animated content
- Maintain consistent motion design standards across various digital formats and specifications

Minimum requirements

- 3-5 years of motion design experience, with a focus on social media and digital advertising
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient at navigating and using Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion design work for digital channels
- Experience in creating short-form animated content for marketing purposes
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Strong understanding of animation principles and current motion design trends

Preferred qualifications

- Background in creating motion work for tech or financial brands
- Understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising specifications
- Ability to translate static designs into compelling motion pieces
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative creative environments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Experience with 3D programs is a plus (Cinema 4D, Houdini, Blender, etc)
