**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell CCTV camera systems, surveillance equipment, and security solutions to a diverse range of customers, including businesses, institutions, and residential clients.
- Qualify leads, engage prospects, and effectively communicate product benefits to close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure messaging and product offerings align with customer needs and market trends.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor products, and market trends to help drive product development and strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **2 years of proven sales experience** in outbound sales, preferably in the technology, security, or surveillance industry.
- **Fluency in English** (both written and verbal) is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to understand and present complex technical products in an accessible manner.
- Previous experience in selling B2B and/or B2C is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
