**Position: Mortgage Loan OfficerKey Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify leads for mortgage loan products (Home Loans, LAP, etc.).
- Meet and counsel clients to understand their financial needs.
- Explain mortgage loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Build strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and referral partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (any discipline); MBA/Finance background preferred.
- 1-10 years of experience in mortgage/loan sales.
- Good knowledge of mortgage products and credit evaluation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.
