**Job Title: Loan Sales Officer ( Freshers can APPLY)**

Location: B-55, Sector-2, Noida
Budget: 2.8 to 3 LPA

As a Loan Sales Officer with [Company Name], a non-banking finance company registered with the relevant regulatory authorities, you will be instrumental in driving the company's loan products to potential clients. Your role will involve actively engaging with clients, assessing their financial needs, and promoting suitable loan solutions offered by our organization. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
2. Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to determine their loan eligibility and creditworthiness.
3. Educate clients about the different types of loan products available, including terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
5. Collaborate with underwriters and loan processing teams to expedite the approval process and ensure timely disbursal of loans.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to effectively position our loan products in the market.

**Qualifications**:
1. Freshers, Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
2. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail when assessing client financial information.
