**Night Shift Role**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and underwrite residential mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with company, investor, and regulatory guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, etc.).
- Make sound credit decisions by analyzing borrower income, assets, credit, collateral, and risk factors.
- Manage and mentor a team of mortgage underwriters, ensuring productivity and quality benchmarks are met.
- Conduct regular file audits and provide feedback for process improvements and training.
- Work closely with processors, loan officers, and compliance teams to resolve issues and facilitate timely loan approvals.
- Monitor underwriting pipelines and allocate work efficiently within the team.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Train and onboard new team members; assist in updating internal underwriting guidelines and best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
