**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed for various IT roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
- Negotiate offers, including salary and benefits, to finalize hiring decisions.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and the evolving IT landscape.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., developers, system admins, network engineers, etc.).
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,156.04 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
