**_Roles and Responsibilities:_**

The Domestic recruiter will be responsible for end to end IT recruitment.

Handling End-to-End Recruitment process.

Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networking sites.

Scheduling interviews, negotiating the salary.

Managing resumes and updating the database.

Confident in interactions with individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels.

**_Mandatory Skills:_**

Excellent Communication skills.

Should have minimum 2+ Years of experience in domestic recruitment.
