**Responsibilities:
- **
- Managing office Co-Ordination work with intelligent and efficient actions.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Business Communication and Manage company confidential data.
- Front Office handling responsibilities.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily deliveries/couriers
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc
**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
