Job Summary:
The Sales & Application Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the food ingredients market.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- **Technical Support and Consultation**:

- Provide technical advice and support to customers on the use of food ingredients in their products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials to showcase ingredient benefits.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to ingredient use.
- **Application Development**:

- Conduct sensory evaluations, stability testing, and other assessments to ensure product quality.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and technological advancements.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on potential new products or improvements.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to food ingredients.
- **Training and Education**:

- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers on the technical aspects and benefits of food ingredients.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in a technical sales role within the food industry.
- Experience with food product development and formulation is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Additional Information:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
