**Job description**

Centre for Strategy and Leadership (CSL) implements various programmes and initiatives for Central & State Governments, various Government departments & Institutions, PSUs and private organisations (national and international).

We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals who can support a Food Product Development project of the company.

**Responsibilities**

Including but not limited to:

- Be thoroughly conversant with the science of food technology
- Have an in-depth knowledge on food safety and preservation techniques
- Have thorough knowledge of the various types of preservatives used in the food industry
- Abreast with the different types of packaging types and materials
- Develop and optimise processes for processing, preserving, and packaging various food products to optimise shelf life and safety
- Be thoroughly conversant with food safety and packaging regulatory norms
- Coordinate with food testing laboratories, regulatory agencies, product development teams and manufacturers as per project requirements
- Prepare documents, reports and other written materials as per project requirements
- Attend seminars and other meetings as necessary
- Visit various locations and offices as per project requirements

**Skills**
- Must have extensive domain expertise
- Must be confident and articulate with exceptional interpersonal, presentation, analytical and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Exceptional outreach, organisational, social and relationship management skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with an ability to handle issues and situations
- Able to work well in teams

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- B Tech or MSc in Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the Food Technology/Food Science domain.
- Prior experience of developing processing and packaging processes for food products to optimise shelf life and safety

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
